WOD 2-15-10

Back Squat 5 - 5 - 5 -3 - 3 - 3

77 lbs. - 82 lbs. - 87 lbs. - 99 lbs. - 110 lbs. - 120 lbs.

This was nowhere near my PR, but my legs were still recovering from Sunday's 11 miler. 120 felt pretty good, so I wish I would have been a little more aggressive and topped out at 130.

Then..

4 rounds for time of:

200 meter run
10/10 dumbbell press (25 lbs.)
5 dips
10 plank outs
15 L-Sits

Time: 14:58
