- Crossfit Bay Area (CF Bay Area) WOD 7 pm
Tuesday:
- CF Bay Area WOd 7:30 am
Wednesday:
- CFE swim and bike WOD early am
- CF Bay Area WOD 7 pm
Thursday:
- Rest day
Friday:
- Olympic lifting WOD 4-6 pm
Saturday:
- CF Bay Area WOD 10 am
Sunday:
- Race or long bike ride
So that will pretty much be my focus throughout the summer! Will update occasionaly.
