I did this workout to wrap my head around deadlifting 155 lbs. for speed, as I know I will most likely have to do this at the Houston CF challenge. I wish I could have gone under 20, but what can you do. I know if I were to do it again, I could get a quicker time. I struggled with my grip at first, but ended up using and alternating grip and that really helped. So, I will definitely go with that from now on.
