WOD 6-15-09

7 Rounds for time:

10 Med Ball Cleans
10 Burpees

Time: 12:17 (I think, I forgot to write it down, then saw the times again today and still forgot to write it down!)

This one was a good one, I definitely felt the cleans as I "rode them down" and my legs were what fatigued first throughout the workout. The burpees felt better than before, so that was good.
