WOD 6-16-09

"Barbell Tuesday"

High Hang Power Snatches + Overhead Squats: 5 x 5

Deadlift to the knees: 5 x 5

Snatch: 1-1-1-1-1-1


I think the max weight I used for this was like 55 lbs, we went very light and just worked on technique. It was the first time for me doing full snatches, so it was interesting. It is definitely the most complex lift, technically. So I definitely don't feel like I have mastered the lift, but I'll get there!
