21 DB swings (26 lb. kettlebell)
12 Handstand Push-ups (I did these modified, toes on a bench...why can I not get these?!)

75 Wall Ball (12 lb. ball)

9 Thrusters (67 lbs.)
9 Pull-Ups (rx'd as chest to bar, but I just got the chin over)
Time: 14:36
This one was pretty tough, I thought the wall-balls would kill me but suprisingly they weren't too bad. I did 25 straight through, and then I would do 10, count to 5, and repeat until I did 5 sets for the additional 50. And those thrusters were definitely tough after the wall-balls, that is a deadly combination. My first pull-ups felt good but I was struggling by the end.
