WOD 6-20-09

20 Minutes of:

10 Sumo Deadlift High-Pulls (67 lbs.)
15 Box Jumps (25 inch)
10 Push-Press (67 lbs.)

Rounds: 5 + 10 Sumo Deadlifts + 5 Box Jumps

Was a good one! I was shooting for anything over 5 rounds. Was definitely tough and I think my shoulders are still feeling it!
