"Barbell Tuesday"

Power Snatch work (worked up to 35 kg)
Overhead Squat work (worked up to 35 kg)

Then...

3 rounds for time:
20 Renegade Rows (25 lb. dumbbells)
20 KB swings (25 lbs. - could have gone heavier but we had a shortage of dbs)
20 Knees to Elbows

Time: 12:27
