WOD 1-22-09

Five rounds for time of:
45 pound barbell Overhead walking lunges, 50 feet
21 Burpees
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

My glutes are still sore from this one. I scaled the weight down to 30 lbs. Time was 18:30. Legs could have handled 45 lbs. easily but my shoulders were sore.
