WOD 5-19-09

"Barbell Tuesday"

WOD
Jump rope 100
Bench 30 reps (75 lbs.)
Jump rope 150
Bench 20 reps (75 lbs.)
Jump rope 200
Bench 10 reps (75 lbs.)

Time: 17:13 (I stand corrected!)

Was good - that was pretty heavy for me on the bench so I was proud of that! Learned some good technique from Dr. Taylor, definitely would not have been able to go that heavy without that lesson.
