"Fight Gone Bad" (3 rounds)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.
The stations are:
Wall-ball: 12 pound ball, 8 ft target. (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull: 55 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump: 20" box (Reps)
Push-press: 55 pounds (Reps)
Row: calories (Calories)
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of "rotate," the athlete/s must move to next station immediately for good score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Total: 227
Pretty dismal! The box jumps absolutely killed me. I don't know what it was, just wasn't feeling it today! The last time we did FGB I had 250 something, but we also were a little more leniant on the transition time. Today was a true running clock, and that really makes a difference of one to two reps per exercise. But, that is how it is done! I personally like it better that way, because you just get there and go. So, not so sure why I sucked today! Here are scores from each round, maybe I started too strong:
Round 1: 85
Round 2: 69
Round 3: 68
In tomorrow morning for the Saturday workout, love Saturday's!
