WOD 7-11-09

4 rounds for time:

Tire drag
15 Burpees
15 Muscle Snatches (each arm) 30 lbs.
Time: 26:13


That tire drag was a killer! It was probably about a 50 lb. tire (??) with an additional 15 lb. dumbbell inside. The burpees, as always, were a killer as well. But was a good workout and I felt good throughout. Some pictures:

Cheering on Tiffany as she flips the 500 lb. tire! I was able to do it with the help of a slight decline, but once I tried it on flat ground I was just fried. Will get it one day when I am fresh!
