WOD 7-3-09

Part 1:
400 meter run
12 hang power cleans
12 pull-ups

rest 1 minute

Part 2:
21-18-15-12-9-6-3
push-up
sit-up
squat

Time: 17:24 (one minute being the required rest break)

This one felt good! Shoulders/triceps were still a little faitgued from the thruster/burpee workout, so the push-ups were tough. But other than that, a good workout!
