200 meter sandbag carry (50 lbs.)
15 sumo deadlift high-pulls (67 lbs.)
12 jumping slam balls (12 lbs.)
Time: 8:52
I felt great on Saturday and was able to blow through this one. Would have liked sub 8:30, because I had to break up a few of the SDHP, but other than that I was very happy with my performance.
