WOD 8-21-09

Front Squat:

5-5-5-3-3-3

These were tough! Worked my way from 100 lbs. up to 120 lbs. for last 3 sets of 3.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:

3 Handstand Push-Ups
5 Pull-Ups
7 Knees to Elbows

Rounds: 6

HSPUs weren't pretty or full depth, but I finally did them on the wall! (with the Assistance of Coach Laura)
