6 x 400 meter repeats with 2 minute recoveries
Foul if slow more than 3 seconds from best.

I fouled once so I attempted the squat, but I was dealing with that dang ant bite on my ankle and I just couldn't do it.

20 yard Bear Crawl
5 Deadlifts (145 lbs.)
10 Burpees
