Mile time: 7:45 (been having some breathing issues, definitely felt it here)

2 - 1:58
3- 1:57
I did the intervals more as sprints rather than my mile pace, so I messed up on that. Although my sprints aren't all that much faster than my mile pace, so I guess its alright.
