WOD 8-29-09

Overhead Squats
3-3-3-3-3 (50 lbs.)

Then....

For time:

400 meter run
12 deadlifts (155 lbs.)
15 push-ups

Time: 10:23

This one felt great! Wish I could have been a little faster on the deadlifts, but other than that was very happy with my performance.
