10 "swirls" (dumbbell burpee to clean - 20 lb. dbs)

15/15 sledgehammer swings

This was a good one! I hit my heel on a bench while practicing my kipping, so I felt that throughout the runs. Other than that it felt good - it was a beautiful morning and I always love Saturday workouts. The swirls were interesting - definitely tiring!
