I was thisclose to getting that dang 50k, but it was just too much. Soon!

800 meter run
9 db swings (25 lbs.)
9 burpee box jumps
400 meter run
15 db swings
15 burpee box jumps
200 meter run
21 db swings
21 burpee box jumps

This was a good one! Burpee box jumps were not as bad as I thought they would be. I was chasing Coach Laura's time of 12:45 so I was hustling. I got close, but not close enough!
