WOD 10-20-09

"Barbell Tuesday"

Snatch

Weights (kilos):
20 - 20 - 25 - 25 - 30 - 35 - 35

Snatch felt good - my last one was the best so that was good. I definitely need more confidence when approaching this lift.

Then a short WOD of:

3 rounds:
15 pull-ups
20 weighted lunges (20 lb. dbs)
