WOD 10-30-09

Front Squat

3 x 3 x 3 x 3 x 3

77 lbs. - 100 lbs. - 110 lbs. - 120 lbs. - 125 lbs. (PR - up from 120 lbs. 8/24...130 lbs. is right around the corner, then 150!)

Then....

AMRAP in 20 minutes:

5 burpees
10 box jumps
15 ball slams

11 rounds + 1 burpee

The last time I did this was in May and I did 9 rounds. For some reason I have started struggling with my box jumps...legs felt like concrete so that could have been it!



Front squat PR!
