WOD 11-20-09

5 rounds for time of:

5 pull-ups
3 handstand push-ups
6 half moons (with 35 lb. sand bag)
10 knees to elbows
20 double unders

Time: 32:45

Whoa! This was a tough one - made it through though and was able to do everything. Yeah double unders! Still trying to find my rythym with those, but they are definitely getting easier.
