Maxed out at 235!

I thought my previous PR was 106k, but it was really only 100k (220 lbs.)! So that is a nice 15 lb. PR!

Pull-Ups
DB Cleans (30 lb. dbs)
Step up leg kicks

This one was tough and definitely kicked my butt, I was very slow!
