4 Burpees
5 Pull-Ups
6 Wall-Balls
7 Sit-Ups
8 Clean and Push-Presses
9 Ring Dips
10 Front Squats
11 Kettlebell Swings
12 Broad Jumps
As far as you can get in 30 minutes.
So, it goes like the song -
"on the first day of xmas my Coach Laura gave to me, 1 handstand push-up...
on the second day of xmas my Coach Laura gave to me, 1 handstand push-up, 2 SDHPs..."
and on and on...and on!
I made it to the KB swings and back down to 5 pull-ups. It was pretty tough - starting off every round with the HSPU really made it tough. But at least it was only one!
