45k (99 lbs.) was a major PR for me, so that felt really good.
Then...
3 rounds for time of:
10 man makers (20 lb. dbs)
25 weighted sit-ups (10k plate)
200 jumpe ropes
Time: 20:30
Manmakers were definitely tough! Glad we are doing them though.
