50 knees to elbows
40 kettlebell swings (30 lbs.)
30 dumbbell push press (20 lb. dbs)
20 lateral burpess
10 bodyweight deadlifts (145 lbs.)

This was a horrible workout for me - I don't know why but I felt so dizzy during the whole thing. None of the movements were especially tough, I guess I was just having an off day. Would like to do this again and take at least 5 or 6 minutes off!
