AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

10 burpee pull-ups
20 overhead walking lunges (10k)
10/10 muscle snatches (25 lb.)
500 meter row

PM Olympic Lifting

Snatch pulls from the hang: 5 x 5
25k - 35k - 40k - 40k - 50k - 50k

Deadlift to the knees: 5 x 5
50k - 60k - 60k -70k - 70k

Behind the neck wide-grip press (3) into overhead squat (3): 6 x 3+3
15k - 15k - 20k - 20k - 22k
