Endurance WOD 2-21-10
9 mile run at Memorial park. 12 miles were planned, but I can't afford to lose any strength this close to the Crossfit Games Sectionals. So, I don't plan on going over 10 miles for any remaining runs. The 9 felt pretty good, was pretty tight from all of Saturday's workouts though. Memorial park was really nice - was a good change of scenery.
