WOD 2-23-10

Incline Bench 3 - 3 - 3 - 1 - 1 - 1

65 lbs. - 80 - 90 - 98 - 103 - 108 (pr, previous max was 95)

Then...

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

15 L-Sits
7 cleans (105 lbs.)
15 box jumps

Rounds: 3 + 15 l-sits + 4 cleans

Those cleans were no joke. Definitely slowed me down, but I am glad I went that heavy. I was able to do them easier than at the sectional prep wod a month ago, so I can tell I am getting stronger. I caught one pretty hard on my chest so that is definitely going to be sore for a couple of days.
