WOD 2-8-10

50 anchored sit-ups

Then...

"Let's Play Ball"

10 rounds
30 seconds max reps wall ball (12 lbs.)
30 seconds max reps slam ball (12 lbs.)
1 minute rest between rounds

Total reps: 364

This was only 10 reps higher than when I did this back in May, but I was using an 8 lb. ball back then. Also I was still really hurting from Saturday. Not my best performance, that is for sure!
