WOD 2-9-10

Hang Power Cleans
3 - 3 - 3 - 1 - 1 - 1

25k - 35k - 35k - 35k - 35k - 35k

My form was really sucking so I just stayed at 35k, felt much better towards the end.

Then...

3 rounds for time of:

400 meter run
21 bodyweight deadlifts (145 lbs.)
12 burpees

Time: 20:47

Another sucky one! My legs were feeling it from Monday night, and lower back was still feeling it from Saturday. Should have taken Monday off in retrospect.
